  • Requesting deposits takes just a few seconds: tap the Deposits icon, enter an amount and give your guests a deadline to process payment, then press Send.

    Your guests will receive a payment link via SMS and you get alerted when the payment has been collected. You’re all set!

  • Non-refundable deposits guarantee that the table reservation is profitable even if the guests don’t show up.

  • Guests wouldn’t want to waste their money by not showing up to a confirmed reservation. Paying in advance is the best commitment you can expect for a reservation.

  • Mr. Black gives you the option of making it mandatory to send a Selfie ID when processing payments online, guaranteeing the authenticity of the payment.

    If you ever run into any chargeback issues in the future, you will be empowered with concentre evidence on your side to back up your claim that the deposit was processed by a verifiable source.

  • You decide who has access to deposits on Mr. Black. Only staff with the right permission (authorized by a Manager) can manage deposits.

    Simply visit the “Employee List” tab on the app to adjust staff permissions.
